Please take a moment to review the frequently asked questions about drum lessons.

What is the length of lessons and how frequent ?

Lessons are 30 minutes each week starting every 30 minutes on the hour or half hour. Lessons are scheduled once a week on the same day and time for every student.

What is the cost of lessons?

Lessons are $120 a month regardless if the student shows up each week or not. Students are paying for a time slot each week regardless if they show up or not.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month. If payment is not made by the 7th of each month a $10 late charge may be applied.

Can I reschedule a missed lesson?

A missed lesson can not be rescheduled unless it is done 24 hours in advance. If a student simply forgets about a lesson or does not come they can not schedule another lesson. See the Policies Page for more information.

What materials do I need for lessons?

Are live recitals/performances included with drum lessons?

Yes, we will have live recitals/performances one to two times per year. Students are encouraged to participate but not required. See some of our live performances here!

What if I have a vacation scheduled, do I still have to pay for drum lessons that week?

We can reschedule a lesson around a vacation if time slots are available.

Is there a contract?

No, there is no contract. Lessons are paid for month to month. Each month a student can decide if he wants to continue or not.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for drum lessons with cash, check, or Venmo.

What about when there is a 5th weeks in a month?

Drum lessons are generally not taught on the 5th week of the month unless otherwise notified. Changes to days off can be found on the Event Calendar page. This also makes it fair for students who might only get 4 lessons instead of 5 depending on the month.
