Aiden is back in the studio with another incredible performance during his weekly drum lessons, this time recording "Dear Maria, Count Me In" by All Time Low. Originally released in 2007 on All Time Low's debut album "So Wrong, It's Right," "Dear Maria, Count Me In" became the band's breakthrough hit and remains one of the most recognizable pop-punk songs of the 2000s. The song was written about a real person named Maria and gained renewed popularity years later through social media and streaming platforms. The original drummer on the recording is Ryan Dawson, known for his energetic playing style, tight grooves, and dynamic fills that helped define All Time Low's signature sound. Watch Aiden's performance and see how students develop real-world drumming skills by learning the songs they love. See all of Aiden's recorded performances here: https://www.joshkastlemandrumlessons.com/aiden What happens during a weekly 30-minute drum lesson? Each student learns songs that match their current skill level and musical interests. During lessons, the student and teacher work together to review challenging sections, improve technique, and build confidence behind the drum set. Once a student has mastered all parts of a song, they have the opportunity to create a professional in-studio recording using high-tech multi-camera equipment. The recording process only takes a few minutes and gives students a chance to showcase their hard work. After recording, students receive a band sticker for their collection and choose a new song with their instructor. New songs are selected based on the student's goals, skills they want to develop, and music that inspires them to practice consistently. The new song is printed and added to the student's binder, and the first lesson with each song includes an overview of the structure, grooves, fills, and techniques needed for success. Students also continue progressing through the Drums In Color method, learning new beats, fills, rhythms, reading skills, and rudiments. For every chapter completed in the Drums In Color books, students earn reward stickers and points. Reward points can be redeemed for band posters, canvases, and other incentives that make learning drums even more exciting. Why choose Drum Lessons by Josh Kastleman? • Personalized one-on-one instruction • Learn songs you actually want to play • Multi-camera studio recordings included • Structured progress through the Drums In Color method • Reward system that keeps students motivated • Performance opportunities at live student recitals • Lessons designed for kids, teens, and adults • Beginner to advanced instruction available Drum Lessons by Josh Kastleman serves students throughout Tooele County, including Tooele, Stansbury Park, Grantsville, Erda, Lake Point, Stockton, and surrounding Utah communities.
